I am unable to load my main character in Di. It timesout with an unable to load sequence error. And alternate character in the same account is able to load fine.
I tried on my android mobile, iPad and pc but the same issue. It is not a connection problem either as I tried with 3 different data connections.
I’m in anu server se Asia region.
Anyone has the same issue?

Another data point is that I was as storm point or in the dread reaver dungeon when I last played.
I’m seeing some issues from folks related to those areas.
same issue for more than a week. crappy service, crappy support makes for a crappy game. i guess i will just stop playing for the time being, can’t bother anymore to try to figure out what the hell they screwed…

I think we are struggling with same issue, here’s copy of my today’s post
"I’ve been playing Diablo Immortal on my phone for a week. everything was fine until I reached the Hell II level and turned off the game. Now, when I want to enter the game, the application starts, I select a server, a character, but when I want to join the game, it loads for a while and kicks me out/disables the game application. I will add that when I select, for example, a new character in the same game, the game starts and works normally. Any ideas ?
