Unable to claim 5 legendary gems as a reward

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:
At the last event deadline (2024.05.17 - 2024.06.18), despite scoring 376 out of 402 possible points, I was unable to claim 5 legendary gems as a reward. Please send or unlock the possibility of claiming them. I can provide screenshots if needed.

From the screenshots, you earned 44 + 44 + 45 + 44 + 44 + 43 + 44 + 14 + 49 = 371 seals, clearly more than the 360 required to unlock the 5 legendary gems reward.

I have the same issue

I acquired all 360 required points In events center but I didn’t get last reward 5 leg gems for it. Please can you help me solve this issue ?

Nope, I still waiting for any response from Blizzard side. I think about stop making any donation until my problem will be resolved. Why should I buy legendary creasts when I have problem, with receiving legendary gems from event?

I have the same issue and it is due to the last “Shady Stock” event did not give me the “Seal of Triumph”. 0 instead of 49. So most people didn’t reach 360 points. Yes, the event was bugged. :frowning:
