I am unable to change the game difficulty to hell 1, I am paragon (60)52. I’ve never had the mission to get the heliquary or I do not remember so. When I try to change the difficulty, the game send me to Cain, but he do not give me any tasks related to this. I do not remember if I killed Lassal, but I remember that I had to stop in the middle of many quests (because the real world was calling me). Is that a bug? Or can I find this quest somewhere else?
