I posted this in the tech support forum a week ago, but realized I may have needed to post in the bug form, since the Blizzard purchasing team think this is a bug:
I purchased orbs a week ago and got the lock on using them for platinum in market or crest purchases. I waited until the transactions completed, and then kept waiting the 48 hours that it can take sometimes when this happens. But it never unlocked, stayed locked out “due to pending transactions”. I created a ticket with the transaction team and they eventually have validated that all transactions are clear, and there is no issue from a transaction perspective or anything that should be keeping me locked out. They said they can’t look further into the issue because it is technical or something, and that is not their department. They say to post a message here in the forums and get technical support looking into the “bug” or whatever is locking me out. I don’t know if this forum is monitored or not, but I am a heavy spender who currently cannot and will not spend further until this is fixed. It has been a week since this started, and no market or platinum usage since then. Would appreciate all assistance.

I understand that the main goal is to be able to exchange the currency for Platinum or purchasing in the market, and due to the error mentioned, we wanted to clarify that we could confirm the status of the orders mentioned. However, in the case of the in-game transactions that cannot be processed, as mentioned before, there are certain limitations preventing us investigating further such instances, thus we recommended reporting the incident to our forums, to reach our teams attention and make the next call.

Edit: Still can’t spend plat or use market at all, and just now realized I can’t even craft a legendary crest at the jeweler using earned fading embers. It gives the same “shop unavailable due to pending transactions, please try again later.” message. Please help.
