Tried to upgrade 4 star legendary gem from 3 star but it remained a 3 star!

Hello,

I just purchased a 4 star gloomcask legendary gem from the auction house for 320k platinum and I went to upgrade my 3 star gloomcask that I have equipped. When I used the progression gem upgrade feature at the jeweler, it didn’t upgrade my gem to a 4 star! It remains at a 3 star…please fix or give me my platinum back. I spent money on orbs and some plat in the shop for this.

I have my purchase history as showing I bought the 4 star gloomcask in screenshots as well.

When you tried this was this final step in the progressive upgrade? Curious. I assumed that it would require being the last upgrade gem / step.

Also, just read the instruction in the upgrade manual and it says any star upgrades will be stored until the gem is completely upgraded to the next Rank. Sooo, keep going bud…
