Third time that a legendary gem appears at disactived, firs time used all my gems bank to reactive it, but the problem continues. The worst having to spend time and money to grow and this tecnicals issues makes you have a terrible experience

If a Gem is becoming dormant it’s because the gem power is being used for some purpose. Either due to an upgrade or a reso gem being changed or moved possibly by an armoury glitch

I’ve contact Wii support several times, sending Photos and explaining the problem, and they say they cant repair anything, told me to post in fórums… what kind of técnicas support is this? The bug is documented and explained… why they cant referee the problem to programers directly? Must players repair my problem…

Wii support? Have you upgraded your gem that went dormant recently?

Need support.
All began near last update: had a barrel of darckness 5 stars active and another lower disabled, a day sudenly had the barrer 5 stars and was disabled (while was crimped!!)…
That happend on sunday and having war decided to spent my reserve of gems and entable it. Few days later changed another gem for pvp and the gem disengaged went to bag dissabled. Posted 4 times to support and they told me that cant repair anithing and conmined me to post on forum.
Today another player with experience told me probably the error was in the armory, in a saved set. Deleted all and nothing happened.
Disengaged all the legendary gems and now have 4 disabled…
The only gem i’ve ever disable was de lower barrel like 6-7 months ago. Havent ever enable or disable any other gem except of de enable of the barrel 5 stars because of the guild wars.
And haven recived any gem fragment of theese auto-disable that happened.
Also im sure, during the update, several legendary gems disapears
Now have a mess of resonance and theres no point in continué playing for me.

gem is above rank 4 and you have gems socketed within it for reso i bet, if so this is working as intended and is not a bug just not understanding how the new upgrade system works.

The disable was because of gems added for plus resonance… sense of this? No… but all are enable.
Only rest where wents de dissapeard gems.
