I am a user who enjoys emortal in Korea.
The rune system is not working. When are you planning to fix this issue?

Only Korean users are losing money in many areas due to this problem.
I ask for quick action.

how the heck are you loosing $ with runes? Also expand on how its broken this is too generic of a request

How would they plan to fix something if you don’t tell them how it’s not working?

If its the same as me, then the menu shows B@@@@WWWWW and there is no button to synthesize runes. I would share a pic here, but I dont know how. You can search my post on reddit too.

By the way, I am playing on a US server, but I also live in South Korea. It is an account issue, because I get the same error if I log in and load it up on my PC or my phone.

Bump this issue. Why don’t we get answers? Just say " we know the issue and are working on a fix." Now, it’s just wondering if my game will always be broken…

I also face the same issue. no synthesis option. I reported earlier. But they simply don’t care unless some whale (after spending tons of money to attract attention) reports.

In Korea, since the addition of runes in Diablo Immortal, the rune synthesis feature has consistently not been working.
This issue occurs on both PC and mobile, and reinstalling the game does not help.
Everyone in the world chat is saying that this feature is not working.

This is a major bug that is still not fixed. How can we contact support or the devs?

so this is a Korean only bug, not effecting any other servers looks like

Its not a server issue. I play on NA server because I am an English speaker who lives in Korea and can only play in the mornings.

However, the client was downloaded from Korean Google Play Store on my Korean registered phone.

My settings are in English and always have been. But the bug is on my game as well.
