The red notification dot is displayed all the time

the red notification dot appeared on the day of the holiday event and since then it has been constantly displayed in the upper right corner of the screen. I clicked on all the tabs several times, collected all the rewards and it keeps showing up. it’s been several weeks, please fix it because I’m wasting a lot of time checking if anything new has appeared.

I bet it’s the Phantom Market…

My hunch is the red dot’s on the loot box shown in the third screenshot.
It becomes available the first day of the event, and gets refreshed on a Friday.

Okay, in which case, do you happen to be the Leader of a Warband?

The reason I ask is that the Leader might have a persistent red dot, even though there’s nothing that needs their attention when they drill down into the Warband screen, e.g. there are no applications waiting to be reviewed, it’s not Castle defence, etc.

I used to have this issue when I was still a Warband leader every time the game was patched and the only work-around was this…

  1. Pick a member of your Warband that you trust
  2. Promote that member to be the Leader of the Warband
  3. From the Menu choose Settings (the little cog icon) and choose Leave Game (note: do NOT exit the client) so that you return to the Hero select screen
  4. From the Hero selection screen, then exit the client
  5. Restart the client and enter the game with your Hero
  6. The trusted player promotes you back to being the Leader of the Warband

This will get rid of the persistent red dot until the next time the game gets patched, and you’ll need to do this again.

I reported this many, many months ago, on the old Bug Report forums (before they made forums specifically for Diablo Immortal) and it’s still an issue, probably at least a year later.

I am not the leader, I have been in this group for several months and the problem appeared during the Christmas event. I also clicked everything I could there and there is no red dot showing anywhere that I have missed something. Only the upper right corner of the screen. The developers must have corrected something in the game code with this red dot notification.

I also have another problem with a blocked task loading incorrectly, but it has been going on for over half a year and I started a different topic about it.

I have had this happen every time the shadows Stages changes.

If I am in an instance that does not allow opening of the console or prohibits direct teleporting when the shadows Stages changes, the red dot appears every time I login on that charecter and disappears whenever I open the console in the open world.

It continues acting this way until next daily reset, but doesn’t do this on my other character that I was not playing at the time the shadows Stages changed

Problem still exists for wb leaders. how annoying the bugs been reported and there is no permanent non annoying fix

I and others have the same red dot problem, I just will completely stop spending my cash on a game the developers refuse to fix. This same problem has been around for months with zero effort to fix by the developers. The best way to get action is to hit them in their hip pocket and refuse to spend untill they fix the game wide red dot problem.

Hello! I do too have the same issue. Red dot in the events. I have collected everything and it still remains there and it’s driving me nuts because when I actually do have something to collect I don’t always notice right away. It’s genuinely upsetting to see that this is an issue for quite some time now :frowning:

I’m also having the same issue! Been about 3 weeks now. Red dot on the 3 bars, tap on it and there’s a red dot with a “1” inside it on Events. Tap on that and THERE IS NOTHING THERE. I have collected everything I could possibly collect from events, including the events center. Very annoying.

This was reported two years ago. I gave up a warband leadership position because blizzard still hasnt fixed this.
