I aint even sure if this is where i am to post this or submit a ticket or what cuz after 2 years straight playing this game, its first time ive done this.
If this aint the right spot for this then please someone direct me where to go.
So i have, ooops meant had cuz it got got when shouldnt have, a true piece of the new eternal gear, trip stack, 4 magic stack, was my best piece of gear i had on my guy. Few days ago a brotherman of mine were talking about our gear and we got on the topic of the new locking system yall patched in recently, and thats when I know i locked that piece of gear. But to my great frickin luck, the lock didnt do its job. Didnt prevent anything. And you know since it was a locked piece of gear and it isnt supposed to have the access to the scrapyard cuz of said new locking mechanism, Makes it easier on some players like me to get my bag empty quick. So nope i wasnt paying close attention either
cuz of again said locking mechanism. And yes i know i locked, yes i know i didnt unlock it for some weird reason, and yes that would be awesome of yall in the support department to find a solution to this for me. Cuz its got me sick, the hours and hours, turned into days of grindin to finally get a damn piece.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this with the new locking of gear?
