The disappearance of a Rank 7 sapphire

Hello,
Yesterday, while logging into the game and changing my outfit in the armory, I noticed a problem. There is now a hole in the gem slots where I should have four Rank 7 sapphires. Unfortunately, they seem to have disappeared.

I have checked everywhere in my inventory, storage, and all possible places, but the sapphires are completely missing. I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Same here, lost gem- citrine rank 7. No response from Blizz, no follow up, gem not restored. Last update didn’t bring gem back. I stopped playing but still watching from time to time if the gem is back.
