On server Frozen Orb you can send reports dalily without any response. Support is sleeping or absent or …*****… . Most of the users know now, no point to report anyone its just does not work at all. I will add a screenshot from hatespeech, from user who has been shouting this way more than 6 months and nothing from Blizz side. Its only one example, there are much more but I dont have time to post em in here. Same goes to “Fake Orb Advertizers” who can annoy everybody without beeing removed. We dont have any spaces under “Blocklists”. Thank You Frozen Orb support!

Instead of seeking attention, why don’t you just block/report them? Seems you’re after attention on here.

This thread was created precisely because reporting them doesn’t result in them being suspended / banned which is, according to Blizzard’s own Terms of Service, is what’s supposed to happen to them.

Again, me not seeing the comments doesn’t mean the comments aren’t being made.

The comments are EULA / TOS infractions which are, supposedly, serious enough that a single instance of them should result in the person making them having their account terminated. This isn’t happening. They’re not even getting disqualified from being able to chat after multiple reports, over many occurrences.

There’s little point Blizzard having an EULA / TOS if they’re not going to enforce the punishments set out in it when players breach it.

Here’s an analogy.

  • You’re the landlord of a pub.
  • The pub is full of patrons having a good time.
  • A guy comes into the pub and he starts yelling racist slurs.
  • Do you tell your patrons to put up with him or do you throw the racist guy out of the pub?

Blizzard are the landlord and their rules say they should throw the racist out.
The point of this thread is that they’re allowing him to stay.
