A serious problem

We tried (without resorting to naming the players) and, as evidenced by your own complaints, nothing was done. In the thread I linked the specific player I was talking about had been openly using racist and antisemitic language in World Chat. In yours the player is making death threats. All of these are clear, unequivocal breaches of the EULA / TOS that should result in permanent closure of the offender’s Battlenet account. It’s not happening. They don’t even seem to get chat-banned or a suspension. This, despite numerous players reporting them in-game, repeatedly.

Blizzard just are not enforcing their own rules.
