The new inferno 4 shoulder essence for tempest, the Coveted Cartilage is bugged or essence description is wrong. The description says:
Slicing Gale: Wind Walk now grants you Slicing Gale for 3 seconds, making you invisible while also increasing your Movement Speed by 40% and your Critical Hit Chance by 40%. The bonus Critical Hit Chance persists for 3 seconds after your invisibility ends.
But when activating if you open active skill list under the avatar you will read following:
Slicing Gale: Movement Speed is increased by 40% your Critical Hit Chance is increased by 0%. (It runs for exactly 3 seconds)
Then after the 3 seconds it vanishes and new prompt appears saying:
Slicing Gale: your critical hit chance is increased by 40% (runs exactly 6 seconds)
Basically first 3 seconds only speed boost during invisibility and no critical hit chance boost, but then 40% crit chance for 6 seconds. Moreover, Vitus urge nor any beneficial effect duration buff affects this value, at least per my observation.
Also my base crit on my character is 17% but after activating it says 50,2%, shouldn’t it be 57% as in 17+40%? In most instances I realised it remains even 17% on base without reflecting any % of crit chance bonus applied by the essence.
Please fix the essence description or the essence itself it doesn’t work as described!
