would like to report several issues affecting the Tempest class. Some legendary items and crowd control interactions do not appear to function as described.
1. Gustgift (Shoulders) – Wind Walk
The Gustgift shoulder legendary does not consistently activate or provide its intended effect while using Wind Walk. In many situations, the effect appears to be completely absent.
2. Mistwalker
The Mistwalker legendary is not working properly. Its effect is inconsistent and frequently fails to trigger under normal gameplay conditions.
3. Mandate of Ksathra (Shoulders)
The Mandate of Ksathra shoulder legendary is supposed to interact with crowd control or loss-of-control effects, but it does not reliably function. The expected protection or effect against CC appears to fail in many encounters.
4. Crowd Control / Loss of Control Issues
There are multiple situations where Tempest becomes affected by crowd control despite using abilities or legendary effects that should prevent, reduce, or interact with loss-of-control effects. This is especially noticeable in PvP but can also occur in PvE.
Additional Notes
There appear to be several other Tempest legendary interactions that are either inconsistent or not functioning according to their descriptions. These issues significantly affect gameplay and class performance.
