Teleport from waypoint to another creates a stalled mode

While doing terror rifts with my Demon Hunter, I’ve been experiencing an odd pause and the inability to move off the teleport pad. When I port to a new waypoint, my character remains invisible for up to 3 seconds and normal movement off the pad is not possible until my character becomes corporeal.

But if I use Daring Swing, I immediately appear and am able to leap off the waypoint. Since the new iteration of terror rifts, it’s become important to get off the waypoint quickly to avoid being gang-banged by the inevitable surge of mobs. If I use a build without Daring Swing, I am essentially handicapped until the toon becomes visible.

Why does this occur? And can we get this fixed to work properly in both scenarios? This issue is not sporadic. It occurs 100% of the time.

And no, it’s not an underpowered computer. It’s state of the art rig with more than enough RAM, video RAM and RTX processing power.
