I am guessing, and its probably not right. Check you battle net privacy settings.

Almost everything is enabled no restrictions at all in the Privacy section and i alaways apear as online green circle. I only noticed it when a tried to recruit in a bussy hours for Terror Rift and in my server everyone has tons of alts and terror rift is always active to recruit took me 30 mins to recruit then was getting PMs to add them in party. then another guy told me that he has same issue since he swapped server.
