Stygian spire spawned over the map

When entered the terror rift in Zoltun Library the 4th of the stygian spires spawned in an unreachable place. It was north of the area where you fight with the golem. If needed I can provide screen shot of the situation

Thank you very much sir! I hope someone from the dev team will look it up. I think this issue is not a one time. In my clan there were also reports of the stygian spires spawning in non accessible places.
