There are several posts with the same issue from weeks ago that werent responded to yet. I dont see a fix or workaround for this yet.
It seems people, myself included, are getting black screens after exiting certain instances (tower spectate or roe spectate). Blackscreen doesnt allow menu access so unstuck is not an option. When restarting, they get stuck in ‘tap to play’ screen. In game friends are telling me im still logged on.
I have tried all the normal stuff like repair client, clear data and cache, reinstall. I even reset password hoping it would force log me out. Issue doesnt seem to be on client side.
A fix would be nice.

I have the same problem now from yesterdays vigil fight… Was somebody able to log in again after some while?? I contacted support but i’m affraid that it will take weeks to reply… 
Same. I was watching exile ritual and when the battle was over I couldn’t get out of it I turned off the game turned it back on and got stuck on the login screen tap to play. IF anyone know how to fix This pls comment
I’ve encountered this problem several times already. Previously, the problem resolved itself within a few hours. This time I haven’t been able to log into the game for a whole day.
