Screen went black, can log in. Tried every thing even diff devices. Only works when logging as guest. Using ipad mini latest gen.
Same thing happened to me today. Are you able to log in now? What did U do to fix it?

Investigating this issue I do not see any active known bugs related to accessing the game. I recommend if you are faced with this issue to try the following steps:
- Make sure the OS default browser is set to either (Safari) Apple or Google Chrome (Android) devices.
- Clear the OS default web browser’s history, Cookies and Cache for all time.
- Restart the Device.
Retest. If the issue were to continue reinstall the game.
Note: The game will utilize your OS default browser to login. We have noticed issues can occur is an OS default browser is changed to something like Brave browser(Super security focused) or when utilizing major script/security browser extensions.

Tried all that, it’s a server issue, was spectating Tower fight, then match ended and then screen went gray. Now I’m stuck on tap to play page. This is common as many others I know have experience. Character stuck in game,a server issue. Please fix.
Im glad tech support is responding. There are several posts with the same issue from weeks ago that werent repsonded to yet.
It seems people are getting black screens after exiting certain instances (tower spectate or roe spectate). Blackscreen doesnt allow menu access so unstuck is not an option. When restarting, they get stuck in ‘tap to play’ screen. In game friends are telling me im still logged on.
I have tried all the normal stuff like repair client, clear data and cache, reinstall. I even reset password hoping it would force log me out. Issue doesnt seem to be on client side.
A fix would be nice.

Anyone knows how to fix This ? This is already starting to annoy me because it’s been a day since this happened and still nothing is done. have tried everything uninstalling clearing cookies other devices and nothing works but on another server somehow guest I can log in so the problem is not from me !
The only update they will add to the game: if there is no 15 minutes of action, exit the account game.

Same here unfortunately. Was watching RoE and got black screen.
I’m using iPhone to play and had the exact same issue. Was able to resolve it by logging in on PC twice. First time it showed same black screen but second time was successful and was able to logged in. After that iOS client was OK too.
I have Same issue more then 12 hours …
Game boots up try to login and not as guest and I’m unable too do so. Message reads resource account not found for merge process. Support directed me here as they can’t or won’t fix!

I have 2 tickets that Blizzard have closed telling me to try here. I’m stuck at Tap to Play screen without my account letting me sign in. Even when I seem to successfully manage to sign in and even prompt an approval from my authenticator it still drags me back to the same Tap to Play Screen showing the ‘Pools of wisdom’ server and logged into either ‘Guest’ or some account called ‘#FlameYeti’ sometimes it’s ‘PearlYeti’ but it’s never Magykz#2497 (my account) unless I’m on the PC playing…
OMFG PROBLEM SOLVED FOR ME GUYS!
I can’t pinpoint 100% what the final solve was but after reinstalling the game for a 2nd time I did the ‘battery thing’ (make sure battery saver isn’t closing apps as you leave them) Did that for the Google apps as well (I did it in Chrome via browser for me) and then before I opened the app for the first time after all this I tried something totally random… I added 2gb of virtual RAM (I have a Redmi note 11 Android 13) and when I clicked past the guest log in and tried ‘Log in’ again, the game didn’t seem to close this time when returning from browser (after clicking three little dots) and I’m in!!!
So like I said, not entirely sure but one of those things definitely changed something!

Found the resolution i get this was doing some experiments. First step go to chrome appinfo android settings remove any battery restrictions then do same with diablo immortal. 2nd step open battlenet login page and make account there with email do not use Google,Facebook or any other login just make account with your email and then login. 3rd step open diablo immortal game and login from there only use google chrome not other browser…
This will fix my issue i have tested it many times and it working flawless… my phone samsung s20fe
