Stuck on “tap to play” screen for weeks

When opening the game app it checks for downloads, then goes into “tap to play” screen, logs in to my battle.net account and that’s it - stuck on this screen. Server selection doesn’t appear and can’t tap to start playing. This keeps happening for weeks then randomly one of the days it starts working and gets stuck on tap to play screen after update again. Everything is fine with internet connection because I’m being logged in to battle.net every time no problem. Keep missing daily and weekly tasks/rewards/etc. because of this ongoing problem.

Update 02.12.2023:
After downloading latest update the game worked for few days where I could finally tap to play and go into the server (Crystal Arch), but now it’s gone AGAIN - server selection is not showing up and can’t tap to play.
Still no reply from tech support in this thread - what’s going on? Can you at least patch this game so it shows an error message explaining why server selection is gone and can’t tap to play?

I have the same issue now on my DI mobile app. I’m able to log in on my battle.net account, but when I click Tap to Play it routes me back to the same Tap to Play page. Earlier there was no server option to click. Now as I checked again after an hour I can see Izual server but still not able to log in. Just loops in the same “Tap to Play” page. Are you able to log in now?

just happened to me past saturday for server zulton kulle. can choose any server but main. just hangs at click to play, can hear the boom each click. my heroes list doesnt work either.

I have the same issue after yesterdays vigil fight… stuck on tap to play screen :frowning: … my other characters works normal, bu my main character is stucked and cant log in, other sees me online for hours…

Are you still stuck ? I have the same problem…

Still not resolved admin just gave some generic solution. There should be a log off from server side solution…

Same issue here, suddenly stopped working.
Any solutions?

Edit:

If you see Guest in the top left, you have to login. It opened 2 Browser windows and only one worked, showed open with other app. This looks really broken but at the end it worked.

Please fix that issue.
