Stuck in Cyrangar

I’m having problem with continuing the game. Playing as a wizard, I’m inside the castle Cyrangar, entering the first time (Ruined Expedition quest). I’ve been ambushed by the undead. The quest indicator shows “Destroy the Undead” but I’ve killed them all and nothing happens. I cannot continue or go back, cannot teleport to Westmarch or anywhere else. The unstuck option also does nothing.

what happens if you restart the game?

Nothing, I’m in the same place, the quest is still active.

if you click to enlarge the quest details is there an abandon option?

When I returned to game and selected my character the game reloaded and threw me back to Westmarch with quest failed and possibility to try again. I will try again and report if the problem persists.

EDIT:

This time the bug didn’t happen, the second wave of the undead appeared and I was able to finish. Previously I used the arcane wind, maybe one of the zombies got stuck thru the wall or something.
