Struggler Path Reward tree is frozen for 2 characters & wont allow it to accumulte points, rewards, or clear the reward notification

Device Operating System: Android 15 & UI 6.1
Diablo Immortal App Version: 3.3.0

My entire rewards tree for 2 toons on the Strugglers Path is locked and frozen. I cant get the bar to move or accumulate the points ive earned towards it. I cant clear the notifications for the rewards. And this is for 2 out of 4 character i have on this ID.
