Hello, I have issue with my spirit essence for familiar. I had it a few thousand and their gone on Monday (29.04.2025). I know that many Player have the same bug. How Can I get them back?

UPDATE 3 [MAY 1 7:10am PST]: Adventurers, we are aware of and investigating the discrepancies between how much Spirit Essence some players lost, and what they received back. This is going to take some time. We hope to be able to resolve this in the next week.
