I have spent orbs as obols for the new Broken band’s armament market and noticed that my Colossal surge progres bar did not increase and that was the main reason i have spent the obols. Please increase my surge progress bar correspondingly.

Same here, I contacted customer service, and they directed me here. I purchased the Ghost Market, and it didn’t contribute to the Colossal Wave event progress. I bought it just for this. Waiting for someone to find a solution.
Speculation: because the date of Collosal Surge was extended, possible that a date for the Orbs also needs to be extended?
I’ve seen a few posts similar to this, it should get visibility because it’s connected to bottom lines
The original deadline for the colossus surge event was 5/8, so technically we’re in the allowable time frame.

Same. I purchased the new pet skin but Colossal Surge did not change
The end date for the Colossal Surge was originally May 1st, then changed to June 1st. I think the posts from people saying their Obols didn’t count towards the Surge event started May 2nd, i.e. after the original end date for the event. So, starting point for the investigation should be to see if the reason the obols aren’t counting is because some of the code still thinks the Surge event ended on May 1st.
The original end date was may 8th
Already made a post about this on first day, the problem was that they used the word ‘obols’ instead of ‘orbs’ so no it does not count.

You get orlobs from using orbs in the market. It’s confusing on purple I’m sure.

It’s the same with me. I even traded my crutches for obols.
Have just received the compensation and counted into Colossal Surge event. Do have a look guys and check if you have been compensated as you should have.

I have two characters, and I just got my Colossal Surge correction points sent to the wrong character. I have not opened the mail yet. What do I do?
I used over 15000+ orbs to acquire the Costume set and the pet + ER runs. Using my main Character, the Barbarian. But the points were sent to my Necromancer build. I have not opened the mail. I hope this can get sorted.
How about missing polished cores that’s an issue I’ve face that has not been addressed
In cases that may involve the choice from multiple characters (as in buying a bundle on the website), the mail should be visible for all the characters, but only one can claim it.
If this is not true for you, then they did not use that process and if enough people put in tickets for this very thing, I would think that it could be rectified.
I haven’t checked mine yet. I’m going to do that right now. Good luck!
