Slow loading time (dj,vault) at each immo passage cycle

I play on PC and at each cycle passage as immortal page loading times are very long in defense of vaults, in dungeons etc. the problem just happens when I’m immortal. During a cycle where I am in shadow the problem disappears and the loading time becomes super fast.My PC is new, here is my equipment:
-12th gen intel i5-12400F
-Nvidia geforce RTX 4060 Ti
-BIOS version:american megatrends 0402
-Motherboard:ASUSTeK computer inc. no.model:PRIME b760-PLUS D4
-memory:DDR4-32GB RAM 1600MHz kingston
-window11 (10.0) professional 64-bit
-directx 12.0
version immortal app:3.1.1.2398178

The problem is still present. I noticed that when I follow Immortal, the loading time becomes long in dungeons, vaults etc. It is only present when I am grouped with 3 other Immortal members. When I am grouped with 3 shadows the loading time becomes super fast no worries at level! This only happens when I am grouped with other immortal members of my clan for exemple!

Yes, this has now been an ongoing problem for around six months…

Have you been experiencing Lag and Latency lately? We need your Input!

It’s now November, i.e. two months later, and the issue has been ongoing for six months. Do you have any news, what-so-ever, on progress on this?
