Shadow War help

Evening everyone.

I’m here to report this thing that happened to our clan.

Yesterday morning like every Monday I signed up for the Shadow War but tonight when the groups come out our clan does not appear, therefore not allowing us to participate in the war and consequently we will not be at the ritual.

This is the first time this has happened to us, has this happened to anyone else before? Is it possible to get feedback with assistance?

Have a look in

Menu > Clan > Shadow War > Dark Clans

Was your clan high enough in the rankings to be part of the Shadow War?

Yep, we are in 3 position and we have always participated in wars.

Yeah, there’s just no way that the third highest ranked Shadow clan on the cluster should be excluded from the Shadow War.

You’re probably best filing a support ticket for this one. Good luck.
