I am trying to log in this morning on my iPad Mini and for the first time when I get to the Tap to Play screen there is no server selection button. As a result, when I tap the Tap to Play button, nothing happens. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and I have tried repairing the app, but nothing has worked. Help!

Running hypocritical is your ISP is blocking access, possibly to NetEase servers.
Instead of home wifi, try server selection whole using mobile hotspot, then switch back after you join Sanctuary.
You don’t need to stay on hotspot to play.
