I’m here to report a serious issue related to a real-money purchase during the Sentinel Golem event. I spent 800 Eternal Orbs (purchased with real money) for 5 attempts in the event shop. I received 5 rewards, one of them being the item: Aberrant Shadow Vessel.
The problem is: this item is not usable at all.
It does not appear in my inventory;
It does not show up as available in the pet summoning interface.
I contacted support, and they told me to report the bug here, but this is extremely frustrating. Eternal Orbs are real-money currency, and selling an item that cannot be used feels like false advertising and the sale of a broken product. It seriously harms the experience of a game that is supposed to be fun and rewarding.
Also, I found another player experiencing the exact same issue with the same item.
I kindly request immediate action: either fix the item so it works as intended, or refund me the amount spent on it.

I do not have any new pet in my familiar list.
The Aberrant Shadow Vessel item was not consumed, and no familiar was summoned.
The item simply disappeared or was never delivered properly.
I’ve checked all relevant tabs and menus — the item is:
Not in my inventory,
Not in the familiar summoning section,
And no new familiar was added to my list.
So no — I did not receive any familiar from that item. The issue remains: I spent 800 Eternal Orbs for a reward that I cannot see, use, or benefit from in any way.
Please escalate this issue internally. This is a broken transaction involving real money, and I need a resolution — either the item or the refund.

What you’re describing sounds like player speculation from Reddit — but the in-game event shop clearly shows the Aberrant Shadow Vessel as a real, tangible reward item, with a detailed description.
This is not a passive modifier or a background guarantee. The shop showed that I received this item, and the description literally says:
“Use to summon a random level 30 Aberrant Familiar […]”
That clearly implies a usable, interactive item — not a hidden future effect or automatic summon.
If the mechanics have changed, then this needs to be explicitly explained and documented in the game itself, not left to forum guesswork or Reddit threads — especially when real money is involved.
Once again:
I spent 800 Eternal Orbs (real currency);
I received a reward claiming to be a usable item;
The item is nowhere to be found, not usable, and does not appear anywhere in the game.
I’m not here looking for explanations based on assumptions — I’m asking for a real solution.
So please:
Either deliver the item as described,

That won’t happen here. 99% of the people and replies here are players like yourself. All you can hope for here is hopefully someone with a similar issue that has found a fix or something that got missed.
