All of the WOLF clan members cannot enter the shadow war on 29May and 1 June 24! We can’t click to enter the shadow war. This impact also affected DOV. Please compensate us and rectify the bug!!! Thanks.

Wolf is a competitive clan and one of the top 10 clans. When we are shadows, we look forward to SW. To lose to casual clans with less than 20% attendance because we are unable to enter SW is ridiculous! It’s frustrating to stand in front of Sampha and not able to enter the room.

WOLF shadow clan members have been unable to enter Shadow War consecutively this week. This is extremely frustrating when we all have specifically set aside time and effort to be present only to be disappointed - twice in a row. Please fix this sw bug and the grave repercussions because of it.

The whole clan couldn’t enter during the Thursday and Saturday Shadow Wars. We lost the first battle all because of a bug the devs failed to fix or may have overlooked. Please rectify this issue stat and compensate us for this unexpected event.

Today. 2nd June 2024. VOB just over. We, our clan should be involve. But for the first time, this server , this SW bug happen to us. I really cannot believe it. And yet, till now there is no respond or even reply from anyone who is responsible. We lost hope, lost faith , and most importantly lost patience. Too many bugs everytime new patch out.
This is not the first mobile game i played. But I can tell you that this could be the worst ever in terms of bugs.
What we lost because of the SW bug?

I am from Agronix server, my whole clan and several other shadow clans can’t enter shadow war for last Thurs and sat. That resulted us being kicked from participating in The blessed reign ROE today. Our clan has worked hard to be top1 every week for 6 weeks and you did this to us? This consequently led to us not able to get 12% akeba’s chosen. That is a 4% drop that will follow us through 3 reigns. U better have a good proper compensation and explanation offered.
No response from support, no update and all just us players hoping for fix. This is unacceptable knowingly this happened not only in BR server but on all servers on selected clan. Revert back the match ups as this is unfair to players affected, we do not only care about compensation, as most clans affected are competitive and making this bug fall off the top clans. If not, I should post this on fb page to get your attention.

Most important, we want to know what is the cause that preventing us from entering the Shadow War for whole week. After this bug, our whole clan is in doubt, whether we can enter this week?
