Seeping Bile Main Hand Slot Became UNAWAKENED. I had to spend another 10K plat to buy dawning echo to awaken the slot. Can you pls look at it and maybe reimburse my 10K plat? Thank you. chubbypoulet #1151 (Stormshield server)

Same thing has happened to me. So, I awakened my 8th Legendary Item slot recently(when I upgraded my 3/5 Star Blood-Soaked Jade to Rank 4) with the Dawning Echo I had bought for 10,000 Platinum from before. Now, on all of my loadouts it is showing that my 8th Legendary Item slot is not awakened!

Check there isn’t another piece of gear for that slot in your stash holding that awakening. You are awakening a piece of gear not the specific slot so swapping out the Lego improperly can appear to loose the awakening
