Rune Synthesis menu bugged

My rune synthesis menu is bugged. The menu shows B@@@@WWW and I can not synthesize runes. I reinstalled, and also tried it on PC to make sure it wasn’t the device, and I still have the bug.
In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

Device Type: Aindroid and PC
Device Model: Galaxy S24 Ultra and ASUS TUF
Device Operating System: Aindroid and Win 11
Diablo Immortal App Version: 3.0.0

If I recall correctly, this issue is only apparent when the game language is set to something other than English. Can you confirm if you have your game set that way and, if so, if you change it to English (even temporarily) does this make it functional again?

My game is set to English for both text and voiceover. I do no speak another language, so it has never been another language.
