[Resolved] Not receiving daily tier 3 rewards (essence + platinum) for 120 activity points

This bug has been reported by some other players as well. I was hoping the recent bug fixes notes on June 24 would address this issue but nothing. It has been almost 6 days and I am not able to get the tier 3 reward (essence + platinum) for 120 points of daily activity. I do not understand why this issue is not being highlighted more widely by the players. I have tested this issue on a different account as well but got the same result which indicates it is a server side issue and not related to my account. I would appreciate some insight or response on this matter.

Edit: I finally received the essence and 300 platinum reward today. But there was no compensation for the last 10 days of rewards that were missed.
