This has suddenly stopped happening overnight:
Repetitious tooltip when interacting with any NPC, a tooltip displays, pointing at the button to further interact such as Services button from the Blacksmith, Essence Transfer, Identify, Gem Services, etc., that says:
“Learn more about the Familiar Expeditions system.”
Upon one interaction, then clicking of any of those buttons, the tooltip disappears and does not reappear with any subsequent interactions unless I log the character out and log back in. This is only happening on one of my characters.
It is happening on PC and Android mobile.

Also, on this same character only, there is a repetitious tooltip that says, “Enter the Seeker’s Path to access the Helliquary” clicking on the main menu button, opening the main menu, the same tooltip is there pointing to the Seeker’s Path button. After clicking on the Seeker’s Path button the tooltip goes away until I log out and log back in.

Also, there is a repetitious tooltip upon logging in on this same character that says, “Voice chat can be quickly accessed from this menu” pointing at the character portrait interface element(Voice chat isn’t accessed from interface element). It fades after a few moments.
