Relics of hell achievement

I don’t get the achievements…
Under: Codex, Achievements, World, —> Relics of Hell
So I’m stuck with “Kill Lassal on normal in a squad”.
I tried it with eight people, even alone in a group of four… unfortunately it doesn’t work.

I don’t get any troop rewards even if I go in with 8/8… I’ve already completed many including Hell VIII… nothing

I’ve seen this terminology used before by players that aren’t using the English language client and the English equivalent of squad is warband. If the quest requires the kill of Lassal to be done by a Warband that means you need a minimum of 4 members of your warband to be in the raid that kills the boss.

I don’t actually recall having to do this for Lassal though.
Could you perhaps post a screenshot of the quest?

Have the same problem.
I am stuck at the same point within the codex.

I killed Lassal with a group of 4 and 8 about 4 times. And I also killed all the following demons up to hell 3.

The achivement doesn’t get unlocked.

Then, as with the previous poster, could you upload a screenshot of exactly what achievement it is that you’re not getting?

Okay, the relevant section of that would be…

in einer Truppe

…so, you need to kill Lassal with a Warband group, i.e. the raid force that you take into the boss must have at least 4 members of the same Warband in it to obtain the achievement.

I know.

As I already wrote already above: I killed him with a group of 4, than 8, and alone and that more than just once.

But didn’t get the achievement.

Yes, but were the 4 (or 8) all members of the same Warband?

They were from the search in the reliquiar.

I have now the sign on top of the reliquiar-site, that I claimed 1/5 “Truppenbelohnungen” for Lassal. But haven’t got the achivement in the codex.

I’ll try one more time…
You need to take at least three other members of the Warband you are a member of into the raid and kill Lassal to gain this achievement. You could do this with just those 4 players or with more (the other four can be warband members, or not, it doesn’t matter) but the important part is that you must have at least 4 members of your warband in the raid that kills the boss in order to gain this achievement.

Update:
A warband is a “Truppe” in German. You need to use a Truppe instead of a Group. Found that out because others had the same problem that I have.

The wording on the buttons could be more concrete.

I just went into the reliquiar trial with a group/warband that I had previously formed from my clan and killed Lassal twice. Didn’t get the achivement.

I have now uninstalled the game.
If it doesn’t work after reinstalling, you will lose a paying customer.
