On 11th September i purchased the seasonal prodigy’s path on its last day. However, after i did the purchase i got an error message saying something went wrong in purchase, restart the game might fix it. The money was deducted already from my bank. So i restarted several times on my phone and then on PC as well. But every time i saw that the prodigy path was still not purchased
if i tried to purchase again, it showed the same error. Since i did not get the goods i purchased and also the pack was expiring in 30 minutes, i ordered a refund from app store.
10 mins later i log back in and i get the pack automatically. So right now, there is a refund order placed by me on app store which i would like to cancel. I would like to keep the pack and pay the money, but there is no option on app store to cancel my refund order. Would greatly appreciate if you guys can help me cancelling that refund order as it was created due to bugs and errors while purchasing and not on account of defrauding the company.
