Prodigy's Path Can't Claim Rewards

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

I have bought Prodigy’s Path the other day and couldn’t claim the rewards and didn’t receive My crests and Orbs, I did this when 1-day left. I have the order number if needed. It looks like it rolled over to this season as well without me buying it. The new patch leveling system reset everything for the items, i believe.

I already contracted game support they said it must be a bug and make post here.

I also have the same problem. but based on the prodigy path information.
“Upon purchasing the Seasonal Prodigy’s Path, all unclaimed rewards, including those still locked, will also be sent via mail 14 days after the season’s end.”

So lets wait, If I don’t receive the locked rewards last season Prodigy Path, I will ask for refund for the remaining unlock rewards.

I never got anything in the mail. It a while now.
