Hi,before the update i had an ongoing payed prodigy path from which i still had to receive bonuses crests and keys.This morning after update i realised that the ongoing prodigy path was gone and i didnt received the crests and keys remaining that i was suposed to claim while leveling.I was paragon 1337 before the update.Thank you

Fairly certain any unclaimed rewards are mailed 14 days after season ends. Theres an info button where it explains this in seasonal prodgy path tab in the shop.

if you havent unlocked rewards before 23rd(e.g. leveled enough) i dont think you will get them, the time to finish the prodigy path was visible before you purchase it and it ran out when the new update came today.
I payed for 1280 orbs 12 crests and 6 hundred or so keys ,i dont ask for set items…i ask for what i payed
I also have the same problem. but based on the prodigy path information.
“Upon purchasing the Seasonal Prodigy’s Path, all unclaimed rewards, including those still locked, will also be sent via mail 14 days after the season’s end.”
So lets wait, If I don’t receive the locked rewards last season Prodigy Path, I will ask for refund for the remaining unlock rewards.
