Hello, good morning, I have a problem with the immortal devil gem boom event, in the event it says that the crests and orbs used from January 8, 2025 to today count retroactively and I have not received the score of The coats of arms that I used from January 8, 2025 to January 22, 2025, which is when the event started, could you please help me? The event lasts three weeks.
I’d expect further updates from the Community Manager before it ends.

This is more than risky to wait for end of event. In my case there are missing over 100 crest = 1600 Points. If these dont arrive i will end Event without achieving the targe. it is not acceptable, we need to know and calculate specially at such a sum invested.
Ich habe am 2 tag des events eine Entschädigung erhalten, aber das Problem ist, dass ich am Vortag 1 polierter jade ausgegeben hatte da ich da noch nicht gewusst hatte das man 1 tag später eine Entschädigung bekommt und ich jetzt noch 21 Jade übrig habe. Vielleicht gibt es eine Möglichkeit, den 1 polierte Jade aus einem 3-Sterne-Upgrade zurückzubekommen?
Oder das man eine Möglichkeit bekommt alle 22 polierter jade neu zu verteilen um einen anderen stein auszuwählen?
