I have expend around 50 “cimeras” for the obtention of 5 stars gem, however, I could received nothing, just 2 stars gem, and 1 star gem.
The information received of the rising probability is not working properly, I was determine that after 50 cimeras expend, or using, you will be given a 5/5 gem which means a lot of persons bought credits to get there… so, I have no 5/5 gem received and I have used a los of cimeras, meaning there’s a bug or it isn’t working proberly.
In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

Diablo Immortal App Version: 3.2.2.2648052

Did you use all crests of the same type? If you mix legendary crests with eternal legendary crests, they count separately towards the “guaranteed 5-star gem”, meaning that you get the gem if you use either 50 legendary crests or 50 eternal legendary crests.

Plus, it‘s not a guaranteed 5/5, but a random x/5 gem. The probability stays the same to drop either a 2/5, 3/5, 4/5 or 5/5 when it comes to the quality.

Not really. The probabilities for a 5-star gem drop are:
Quality 2: 75%
Quality 3: 20%
Quality 4: 4%
Quality 5: 1%
So even spending 50 legendary/eternal crests, you could end up with a 2/5 random gem. Or with a 5/5 one, but way less likely.

That’s actually what I meant, but was too lazy to look the numbers up. ![ ](https://d32kpvyrk27pxh.cloudfront.net/en/diablo-immortal/images/emoji/twitter/sweat_smile.png?v=12)
So thanks for providing them.

I cannot say, if I used eternal or not. My history from ELDER RIFT shows me just form 01/27 until now, but I used both of them… last Saturday, spent around 30 eternal which was brought wit orbs, just chilling with may mates, but nothing.
That is why they told me to get in touch with Blizzard, they had read a lot of bugs from new event. I’ve got nothing.
Prior of that, when “mirror jewel” I play in Spanish, spent around 40 and I’ve got 4 2/5 I don’t care really, they are useful too, the thing is blizzard mentions 5 star leg gem after 50th crest used. I’ve seen live videos doing it Ang getting the gem 5/5 but not the one they want or use, just converting them into gem power. But I’ve got nothing almost after 100 used between eternal or normal leg crest.
I putted a case into blizzard, they’re checking and informed to put the topic into the forum for the developers to see it.
You are reading this wrong. You are NOT guaranteed a 5/5, you are guaranteed a 5* which can be 2/5 and up. Any videos you have seen are just people getting lucky drops. That is all

At the Elder Rift portal screen, click the little red “i” icon for information…
The chance of getting a 5-star gem is 4.5% (probability 0.045).
The chance that, if you do get a 5-star gem, that it’s Quality 5, is 1% (probability (0.01).
These odds are cumulative, i.e. the chance that from any eternal legendary crest / legendary crest, you will obtain a 5-star Quality 5 gem is 0.045 * 0.01, i.e. 0.00045.
This means you have a roughly 1 in 2222 chance of such a gem for each crest used.
You’ll also see in the first screenshot about the guaranteed drop being a 5-star gem. At no point does it guarantee the quality level of the 5-star gem and, also, the guarantee counter is separate for legendary crests and eternal legendary crests, which means…
- By the time you have used 50 eternal legendary crests, you are guaranteed an unbound 5-star gem (of random quality level).
- By the time you have used 50 legendary crests, you are guaranteed a bound 5-star gem (of random quality level).
- However, if you use a mixture of these crest types totalling 50 crests, e.g. you use 30 legendary crests and 20 eternal legendary crests, you are not guaranteed anything because you have reached neither of the two guarantee counters.
