The 2pc effect to apply a damg buff by marking bosses is broken, I never hit crits and bosses never become marked for any damg amplified % other then clearing mobs the set is complete utter trash damg on bosses.
I understand the bosses are immune to cc and other damage effects that apply loss of control to keep the game from being more broken then it is but…Blizzard you literally stated in plain words that the amplified damage effects will Mark bosses since you can’t chill or freeze a boss.
I’ve seen a couple people post on this topic and no one has a legitimate answer. HELP
