Power Extraction button MISSING (literally not on the screen to click)

I have the same issue. Blizzard just told me to post on forums but no one has a fix

Same issue here.

The affected gem shows excess gem power if I go into the partial upgrade screen, but on the Gem Power Transfer page, the “Power Extraction” button is missing entirely.

Just like others, I’ve tried everything:

  • Swapping the gem to different slots
  • Moving resonance gems in and out and from other gems
  • Switching between PC and Android

Nothing works.

It’s been months now without a fix or even an official workaround. This isn’t a minor issue—a lot of gem power is locked away, which can be worth significant platinum (i.e. real money for most).

Please acknowledge this bug and let us know if a fix is coming.

I have the same issue. 1 out of the 8 gems does not comes with power extraction and infusion button. My gem is Blood Floe

some1 on reddit stated this is due to the gem being fully powered by reso gems, not sure if thats true or not

Just to update I found some answers while doing some trials on the reso gems within my blood floe gem.
I randomly removed 1 or 2 gems from the reso gems slots until my blood floe becomes dormant. Then i use power infused to top up the remaining gem frements and the power extract button is back.
I then put back the reso gems which i took out previously and from the Blood Floe gem upgrade screen it stats that i have 600+ gem frements. However when i try to extract, not all 600+ frements will be extracted and more over once you put back your reso gems, the power extraction button will be gone again but there are still 600+ gem frements within my Blood Floe for me to upgrade. These frements cant be extracted.
In summary, i think there is only a X amount of gem frements that can be extracted. So even if you see there are free frememts within your gems, not all can be extracted and once extracted, the power extraction button will be gone.
Its a bit confusing for me as i always thought the extra gem frements i see in the gem upgrade screen will always be the number i can extract but apparently this is not the case when i have too many high levels reso gems. Hope in future Blizzard can make it more simplied or do a explanation more clearly.
