I am missing 1700 Gem Power from multiple gems from when I switched from Barb to Druid
I just switched to Druid from Barb July 4th. I had 3484 cr (I have ss of my gems and cr). 3+ (quantity) high level gems I have been busting my butt grinding away for gem power for years are just gone. Echoing shade, frozen heart and concentrated will, gems were totally depleted of power. 0’s…Now my cr is 1800… Basically half of my 3484 cr that I’ve been grinding away at for years is missing. I need this fixed… That is a lot of money I spent on those gems/cr as well. All documented. And it’s gone from trying out your new character? I need help, asap. I went back to Barb and my gems power is still gone… what the hell… This is insane. One was an echoing shade with over 1000 gem power. Where is it??? I would never get rid of. If this isnt resolved then you’ve lost a day 1 player for immortal. I’ve pumped so much money into this game over the years…
good chance your reso gems are to blame. They are either missing or you used power from them to upgrade your main gems. Check them out
A few main gems power are totally gone. No gems have been upgraded, in inventory or elsewhere. Even the socketed augments were in my inventory instead of socketed. And that was for the still awakened gems. This is crazy. Gem power just vanished from 3 legendary gems… echoing shade, frozen heart and concentrated will, years of work. Anyone out there? It’s going on over a day now with no contact
Why TF are the bug devs here not dealing with this issue? You’ve spent hundreds of dollars I’m sure on your gems. I’m having a similar issue with my R7 Roiling that suddenly went dormant for no fault of mine. I had to take resonance out of my gems that were in my bag so I’m missing 1562 GP. LIKE WTF???
A quick search tells you how rare that actually is. It’s possible these recent issues tie into the Druid content bug which is being looked into but that’s the last we’ve heard. Now it’s just a wait and see game.
Seriously this is insane. So freaking pissed. 3 legendary gems power just gone when I switched to Druid… not a word from the people that monitor bug reports. They royally messed up, tons of people are having issues. All stemming from the Druid update. I literally just need my Echoing Shade, Frozen Heart, and Concentrated Will gem power back. 3484 CR at time of class change, 1700 cr after change = 1784 gem power needed to be returned
This happened twice at least now. Before Druid. It has something to do with the armoury. I saved my loadout and the next day my Roiling was dormant. I tried everything to get back the reso. I finally extracted enough gem power to awaken it.
Yeah the armoury likes moving reso gems around for some reason, I’ve had them swap slots before. They could prob do an update just on the armoury with all its issues.
So I found a way to get my gem power/cr back. I had previously switched to druid and lost half my gem power. I switched back to my previous class with the free class change back. Changed back to Barb. Still missing gem power/cr. Gave up basically. Today I got on to check and figured to check my other loadouts. I changed to a different loadout. All my gem power was still there. It was saved from before changing to druid! So basically I just had to remake the loadout that was from the switch. Hopefully some people can get help from this info. If you’re missing items, gems, gem power from the update, class change to your previous class, if you can, and switch to a different saved loadout. Worked for me, hope it works for others.

I heard from some1 it can be zone specific which is odd, go to Library and find gem in stash but not in westmarch
