Please fix this or give us a workaround - game experience compromised

Good morning,
Since Thursday 26 October my warband has been experiencing a problem with the ancestral tableau which is seriously compromising the members’ gaming experience.

DETAILS

  • On Thursday we found the ancestral tableau emptied of all weapons. The weapons that were on the table were not returned, because they were not present in our inventory.
  • Despite the disappearance of the weapons from the table, the bonus columns have remained correctly valued (both that of the current bonus and that of the maximum bonus).
  • Two members, seeing the empty tableau, inserted a new weapon. This caused their maximum bonus column to be reset to zero and a consequent reduction in their combat rating of around 1000 points.
  • The other six members do not see on their table the weapons inserted by the two members who inserted the weapon in the empty table. They continue to see their table empty.

We have already written 3 posts on this bug report forum, we have not received any response yet.
Please resolve this issue or provide us with a workaround as, as mentioned, this issue is impacting our gaming experience.

I am search in internet why my ancestral table was empty.then i see this post…i don t see my warband weapons.but my pointts up when i upgrade.

I think we found an explanation.
The ancestral tableau mechanics has been changed.
Now it’s personal, you can access to others members’ weapons and you can put in more than one weapon.

The only mistery is that old weapons disappeared and they were not returned.
