Yesterday, I purchased the whole Phantom Gallery event for the big chest at the end for the 5\5 star gem. When I opened the chest, I picked the Starfire Shard gem and for some reason the game ended up giving me a Bottled Hope gem. I was flabbergasted because I already have a 5\5 Bottled Hope gem and needed that 5\5 Starfire Shard to help accelerate me to the next resonance level! PLEASE HELP! Ive been a long time supporter and have spent a lot of money in game. Never made a ticket before until now. This hurts 
I still have the 5\5 Bottled Hope in my bag, so it’s not like I used it and am trying to get anything extra on top. I just need it swapped out to the correct gem that I picked\need. PLEASE HELP!
