Permanent Ban w/o Explanation

I am currently certain that their detection system is unjustly handing out lifetime bans.
A deplorable situation.
Focus on banning bots spamming all day, not people who have been using a tablet from a company
with which you don’t have an agreement since the beginning of the game.
I have not encountered such behavior where people are banned from a particular platform because
the company did not have time to refine the compatibility of its product.
These people have dedicated thousands of hours to your game. Aren’t you ashamed?
At the moment, you’re preemptively banning people even if they haven’t done anything wrong.
I recommend you to revisit the movie “Minority Report”.

I recently had a lifetime ban on Friday, been playing ever since launch. Mainly was o ln my tablet then switched to PC using a “list approved” controller. Never talked to anyone in wc or shadow. Only quested and raided with my bf and friends and bam got that generic email. No explanation or anything. The money (used in their shop maay i add never used for plat sellers) and time i can never get back.

This has happened to tons of players, make sure you report it on the bug report forum. So far Im the only one that has, the more attention we bring to it the more likely they will at least fix it for future accounts.

Apparently NetEase directs Immortal policy. So while Blizzard certainly has a say, I have been told that NetEase has policy control.
That should answer the inflexibility with banning. So unless you have a direct line to Hangzhou, mainland China I doubt anyone will get very far. They do not fall under the identical consumer guidelines the west does. The differences in government alone should tell everyone that.

I wonder if Logitech and other companies are aware that Blizzard has started banning
their hardware that players have been using since the game’s release.
