People are not getting their items back. There is a clear disconnect between Support & Devs

WE ARE RUNNING IN CIRCLES!

Here are the pertinent threads on my issue:

This is stupid. After almost a month they Closed Thread and just asked to make a Support Ticket. Made the ticket and waited and got some automated responses back, then numerous GMs from Blizzard.
GM in the end asked to make Bug report on the Forums since they are not the devs ! WT*!!!

Clearly there is a disconnect with Devs & Support.

In short…it’s time to quit this game.

It’s been reported on here multiple times which means you do not need to report it again.

Now I’m REALLY getting confused :confounded:…what are you saying?
Ghost said to file a ticket to Support. Support tells me to report. Now you’re saying I don’t need to. So who’s handling this?!?!

Sorry Gnar with all respects but the only one think is no needed here are yours posts.

Support ticket. You only need to have one thread on the forum. Creating multiple just muddles the issues and why ghost shut down his post. We can only hope they are being seen. Posting multiple times just risks getting yourself limited or banned from using this forum.

Really? getting banned for reporting a bug (that support told me to do) and STILL missing items that no one is clearly attending to??
