For 80 days, I’ve had the Diablo Immortal internal market (the platinum one) blocked. It doesn’t allow me to buy Eternal Crests with Platinum, Orbs, or Embers. It doesn’t allow me to sell or buy anything from the market. It tells me there’s a pending transaction. It also doesn’t allow me to buy Platinum with Orbs. It says it’s blocked due to unusual activity. I’ve checked this with my bank, Google Play, and Diablo GMs via tickets. The last recommendation was to post here so a game developer can review this and resolve it. Please, if anyone could contact me, that would be ideal.
I don’t have any pending transactions; all purchases have arrived, and all payments have been made.
I play from a PC and an OPPO phone with an Android operating system.
Please help. This situation is very frustrating. I spend over $80 a month on this game, and I can’t use all its features because of this error.
