Pain clasp upgrade from level 5 to 6

Just tried to upgrade my level 5 Pain Clasp to Level 6. Have all materials necessary and both level 5 gem and level 3 gem are unlocked but system will not select level 5 gem to complete upgrade process

I am having the same problem. Have all the gems required for upgrade but auto fill won’t find the rank 5 gem.

And have you confirmed that the Rank 5 gem is not locked?

When you click on a gem in your Inventory, the details of the gem shows a small padlock symbol top-right. You can click on this to toggle it between locked (as shown in the picture below) or unlocked.

  • When the padlock is locked the gem cannot be selected to become gem power, or used for a rank upgrade.
  • When the padlock is unlocked the gem can be selected to become gem power or used for a rank upgrade.

Ty Meteorblade for responding. Both of my Pain Clasps are unlocked. One is rank 5 and one is rank 3. It will auto fill the rank 3 but not the 5.
