An old gear that does not exist anymore is attached to my character. There are two circling orbs around my character’s right arm. Im tired of seeing this non-existant gear/orbs. Please remove/fix this issue.

This isn’t a bug at all. This shows that one of your items has a family reforge bonus. The colour of the orbs indicate which family bonus.

This is not a bug.
The orbs are due to having multiple legendary items with Reforge Family bonuses.
The colour of the orbs is determined by which Reforge Family is used.
As an example, my orbs are pink due to using the Vengeance family…
It’s literally been a couple of years since I applied these Reforges but, from what I remember, you get the first orb for having 2 legendaries with reforge family bonuses on them (i.e. they have at least three bonuses from the same family), the 2nd orb from having 4 legendaries with reforge family bonuses on them and the 3rd orb from having 5 legendaries with reforge family bonuses on them.
If you want to get rid of the orbs, you’ll need to reforge the gear to break some / all of the reforge family bonuses.
Anyway, again, this is not a bug.
