Orbs being used during attempted name change when name isn't available

Attempted a name change using several names that did not say they were not available until after the confirmation of attempting to change the name, only to find out orbs were used when I was down to the last 300 (had just purchased a bundle that had 1600 orbs.)

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:
